By using sellmymacbook.ae and initiating a Mac trade-in with Sell My MacBook UAE, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our service provides instant price quotes, free home pickup in Dubai, and immediate cash or bank transfer payment for your used Apple Mac computers.

2. Device Eligibility

Macs must power on and respond to basic functions
Serial number must be valid and non-blacklisted
Device must not be reported as stolen or lost
Activation Lock / Find My Mac must be disabled before collection
iCloud account must be signed out before handoff

3. Condition Assessment

You select the condition during quote. On pickup, our representative will verify the stated condition. If significant discrepancies are found (e.g. undisclosed damage, cracked screen, broken keyboard), we may revise the offer with your approval before completing the transaction.

No Obligation to Sell: If you disagree with the on-site assessment, you may keep your Mac at no cost. We offer a revised quote as an alternative.
