A useful starting point

One inventory. A clearer conversation.

A batch can contain different models, ages and conditions. Group similar laptops together and identify faults up front so our team can discuss what can be assessed and what needs a closer check.

01

Model and specifications

List the MacBook model, chip, memory and storage. Keep different configurations on separate inventory rows.

02

Quantity and condition

Group working laptops separately from units with screen, keyboard, battery or other faults. Mention missing accessories.

03

Accounts and management

Flag Activation Lock, organisation management or ownership restrictions before arranging an assessment.

04

Collection arrangements

Share your collection area and preferred timing. Confirm inspection, packaging, any charges and payment terms with the team.

From inventory to decision

A practical route to your bulk offer.

  1. 01

    Share your inventory

Start with the models, approximate quantity and condition. Add a stock list to the conversation if you have one.

  2. 02

    Agree the assessment

Confirm the inspection method, collection availability and any costs before making handover arrangements.

  3. 03

    Review your batch offer

Review the findings and offer, then decide whether to proceed. Agree payment terms before releasing the devices.

Before collection

Prepare your MacBook batch for handover.

  1. Build a useful inventory

Record model, chip, memory, storage, quantity and known faults. An approximate list is enough to start a conversation.

  2. Protect business information

Verify your backups and follow your organisation's data-retention process before preparing any laptop for transfer.

  3. Coordinate with your IT team

An authorised administrator should handle Apple accounts, Activation Lock and organisation management release where required.

  4. Agree the handover details

Confirm the assessment method, included chargers, packaging, collection terms and any required documentation before dispatch.

Business buyback questions

Know what to expect.

Models, logistics and data preparation: the details worth agreeing before a batch leaves your organisation.

Can I include different models in one batch?

Yes, you can enquire about a mixed-model batch. List each model and configuration separately, with quantities and known faults. The team will confirm which devices can be assessed; an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

Is there a minimum batch size?

Use this page to discuss multiple devices. Share the approximate quantity and the team will confirm a suitable assessment approach. For one device, use an individual selling guide below.

How is a bulk offer worked out?

The assessment considers the models, specifications, quantities, condition and any account restrictions. Ask the team to explain the breakdown for your batch. No final price is guaranteed before the agreed checks.

Can I include older or damaged devices?

Flag older models, faults and missing accessories separately. Eligibility and any offer depend on the individual devices and their assessment, not simply the total quantity.

Do you provide data-erasure certificates?

Do not assume an erasure service or certificate is included. Your authorised IT team should verify backups and prepare account and management release. Discuss any required erasure service or documentation before agreeing a handover.

Can you collect outside Dubai?

Share your collection area in the enquiry. The team will confirm availability, inspection arrangements and any logistics charges before dispatch. Do not assume individual-device pickup terms apply to a bulk batch.
